All photographs are carefully processed with the appropriate colour correction and contrast enhancement, replacing drab, washed out skies where necessary and if needed we employ digital declutter techniques to remove unwanted items, can turn photographs from day to night and also provide virtual furniture staging for empty properties. While good photographic composition and lighting are critical, attention is still paid to the little but important detail like remove distracting and unnecessary items. All real estate photographs are provided in both print and web resolution, with client access provided via a fast and secure online file sharing service.

All rooms are laser measured and sketched on site, with the property drawn digitally and provided in a variety of digital formats. The resulting real estate floor plans can include the home layout, room sizes and the position of doors and windows.
